TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Reservation Policy:
    • Rooms are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit of a booking fee of RM 99 is required upon confirmation.
    • No refund of booking fee for the cancellation of reservation (or NO SHOW) less than 48 hours prior to arrival date.
    • Full refund will be granted only when reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival date. And your cancellation is only valid when an email from Sahabat Guesthouse is sent to you as verification.
  2. Check-in time: 2.00pm. Check-out: 12 noon.
  3. No smoking inside the building at all times.
  4. The maximum number of guest for all rooms is 2, except the Family/Suite room (3 Adults)
